"But, my thumb has a plan." Spoken by Luke in response to my nagging him to keep his thumb out of his mouth like he promised he would do in exchange for a fish tank.
"I'm bored." Spoken by Jack while sitting in a room full of brand new Christmas toys.

Man, Heather, if Luke's thumb has a plan, then Grant's thumb must be preparing for a hostile take-over of some small country because it is in his mouth more this last week than all of December. My kids are bored, too. Their favorite thing to play with right now is the $.99 pack of balloons Santa brought.
KEEP BELIEVING
Did you happen to ask what the thumb's plan is?
Sometimes I say, "What do you mean 'bored' - I'll find something for you to do." It doesn't work - but it's fun to say. Have a good weekend - see you. Kellan
My standard response to "I'm bored" is "Tidy your bedroom then". The boys don't say it much any more. It did come out on Christmas night though. They're getting an orange each next year.
